Workforce health under control
How it works
Captures readings
Resting heart rate, sleep phases, skin temperature, blood oxygen, heart-rate variability (HRV), and activity — continuously, hands-free.
Personal space
Readings, a diary, and an assistant — in the person’s own hands. This data belongs to them and never reaches the employer.
Anonymized picture
The medical service sees only aggregated cohort analytics — the health index, signals, risk groups, and trends.
Privacy of employee personal data
Minimum group — five people
Any figure in the console is built from at least five employees. If a view has fewer, the number never appears — for a single person, the console shows nothing.
The person controls their own data
Employees see their own readings. Their treating physician gets access only with their consent. The employer has no access to personal data, and never will.
Aggregation is built into the platform
Data is aggregated into cohorts before it ever reaches the console. This is part of the platform’s architecture, not a setting that can be switched off.
For the employer
A healthy, predictable workforce with less lost working time.
- A workforce health index and its trend
- Early signals, risk groups, and an absence forecast
- Tracking of mandatory medical exams
- Corporate health programs and challenges
- A smart band for every employee — care they can feel
For the medical service
Spot risks earlier and manage employees systematically, not exam to exam.
- Early deterioration signals by cohort
- Support for employees with chronic conditions
- Integration with MIS and 1C:HR, no duplicate records
- A single health picture across the whole workforce
For the VHI insurer
A manageable portfolio and a clear effect from health programs.
- VHI analytics and cohort risk structure
- Economic-impact assessment of health programs
- Early risk-group detection ahead of claims
- Transparency of spending on health programs
The economics of health
Workforce health is measurable
