FAQ
What is Oreol?
A health platform. The Magnum smart band tracks your body around the clock, and the Oreol app gathers the data into a single profile, explains it in plain language, and suggests what to do. It’s not a one-off check-up but an everyday companion that helps you not miss what matters.
What do you need to start?
The Magnum smart band and the Oreol app on your phone. You sign up with your phone number, then fill in a short questionnaire that takes a couple of minutes. The band is worn continuously and works in the background — no need to fuss over it.
How do you get the Magnum band?
The band is provided by your organization — Magnum comes as part of a corporate health program. If your company isn’t in the program yet, tell them about us — we’ll help set it up.
Who can see my data?
Only you — and your doctor, only with your consent. Your data is stored in a data center in Russia, encrypted, and you control access. In corporate programs the employer sees only anonymized workforce statistics — with no access to your personal readings or medical record.
What happens if your readings drift?
The app notices a deviation before symptoms appear, explains what’s going on, and suggests a next step — from a simple tip to advising you to see a doctor. On critical readings, Oreol immediately prompts you to call an ambulance or someone close to you.
Does Oreol replace a doctor?
No. Oreol helps you understand your condition and seek help in time, but it does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. It tells you when it’s worth seeing a doctor and helps you prepare for the visit.
What does the band track?
Resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep stages, skin temperature, blood oxygen, and activity — continuously and in the background. Blood pressure, weight, and other readings can be added to the diary manually and join your overall health picture.
